The location of the café is simply fantastic, the food is fantastic and the service is super nice, friendly and cheerful. Definitely will visit the cafe when I am there again.

Beautiful and not so big campsite ... very well located ... many opportunities to see beautiful places / spots on site. If you want to go to Italy, this would be a great stopover there ... but of course also suitable for longer stays. We will come back to you and stay longer next time ... everything fits here with you .... super friendly and helpful staff ... thank you for making it possible for us to stay with you ... .highly recommended. Delicious food, nice service, right on the growth with terrace camping.

We were only for a day trip to Walchsee and only happened to be in this restaurant, but we haven't regretted it. Nice service good, delicious food. It wasn't a problem with our dog either and other guests were there with dogs. We enjoyed it very much, thanks for the lovely stay.

On August 30, 2020 around 1:15 p.m. we entered the guest terrace of this restaurant with 4 people and 3 dogs. We sat down a little apart with our animals at a table because not everyone likes dogs. After we had waited about 10 minutes for the waiter (he had already seen us when we arrived) I went to him and asked for service. He then said sullenly that the table we occupied was closed and that we should sit on the main terrace. We followed this instruction and went to the main terrace where it was quite full, but we still found a table. We then ordered our drinks and he said in a rather harsh tone that we should pack our "Köther" under the table (which, by the way, were very nice next to our chairs and not in the way) so that he could not fall on his "face" he added. It was a slightly older, tall, gray-haired waiter who hadn't heard of decency and friendliness. We actually wanted to have lunch there too, but of course we decided to go to another restaurant because of this cheek. Unfortunately we cannot judge how the food is there because this restaurant-cafe will never see us again. By the way, after we had to move around at the beginning, other guests sat down at the supposedly closed table 5 minutes later and were served immediately. We love Austria and the Walchsee and visit it every year. We have never experienced anything like this in our 25 years of vacation in Austria.

Though the food is okay but the service is very bad the server was highly arrogant and unfriendly. Definitely not recommend.

Great for a stopover on a tour of the lake. Good and also quite inexpensive!

Small nice restaurant, right on the lake and campsite. Very friendly owner / waitress and there is nothing to complain about about the food either. I highly recommend pizza. Prices also correct.

We were served very friendly by the host himself. Since there were only a few guests at the moment, we could have a little chat with him. The food and the salad were freshly prepared and very, very tasty. The location, with a view of the Walchsee, is also very nice and we will be happy to come back.
